Return Policy

At Jerusalem Perfume, we take fragrance seriously. For the safety, authenticity, and integrity of our products, all returns must meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
• All original packaging, cellophane wrap, labels, and components are intact
• Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

If the product has been opened, sprayed, tested, or used in any way, it is not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality control, and resale standards, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Sprayed or tested bottles
• Items without original packaging
• Sample kits, discovery sets, travel sizes
• Clearance, discounted, or promotional items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider.
