1. How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location. Express options are available at checkout.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can follow in real time.

4. My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it — what should I do?
Check with neighbors/building management first. If still not located after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll assist in a claim.

5. Can I change my address after placing an order?
If the order has not shipped, yes — contact us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t modify delivery details.

6. Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes — every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted brands and suppliers, primarily from the Middle East.

7. Do you offer samples before buying full bottles?
We are working on a sample program — launching soon. Join our email list to be the first to know.

8. Do your fragrances contain alcohol?
Most perfumes do, unless labeled otherwise (such as pure oil blends or attars). Check product details for full composition.

9. Where are your fragrances sourced from?
Our collection is curated from high-end fragrance houses across the Middle East & niche perfumeries worldwide.

10. How long do your perfumes last on skin?
Longevity varies by fragrance type, but oriental/oud scents are typically known for strong lasting performance.


Returns & Policies

11. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened or sprayed items cannot be returned.

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will replace or refund the product.

13. Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the scent?
No — we cannot accept opened or tested bottles. We recommend reviewing notes carefully or waiting for sample packs.
